On behalf of the Walden Minor Hockey Association, we would like to extend this invitation to participate in our annual Rep Tournament being held from October 21st to 24th, 2010. The Tournament will host Novice, Atom, Peewee and Bantam divisions. Teams will be divided into the A or B group based on their level A/B/C, their subdivision Minor aged teams, their record/request may also be taken into consideration.
This tournament is a Northern Ontario Hockey Association sanctioned tournament and all N.O.H.A./CAHA rules and regulations apply. All accepted teams are required to submit a valid travel permit and approved Hockey Canada registration cards upon registration.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of (3) three games consisting of (3) three – (10) ten minute stop time periods. Eligible teams will then continue to the championship round. Prizes will be awarded following the championship games. Other various prizes will be awarded throughout the tournament.
Please note that the tournament committee will not be arranging motel accommodations for the teams. The tournament will be played at the T.M. Davies Community Arena in Lively, Ontario. Lively is situated less than 15 minutes west of downtown Sudbury. Special Rates for Hotel accommodations will be posted at www.waldenminorhockey.com.

Application for entry to the tournament will be dealt on a first come first served basis. No team will be considered as entered in this tournament until full payment has been received.
The entry fee is $750.00 per team and must accompany your application. Please make cheque payable to: WMHA REP Tournament.
Please be advised that there will be no gate fee during the tournament. Various draws, fundraising raffles and other activities will be held to help offset some of the costs of hosting the tournament. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
